5. Keep the message simple:

6. Allow sharing of the email:

7. Focus on relevant segment of audience:
You should not flood the inboxes of people who are not interested in your emails. Therefore send the mails to a selected relevant segment of potential customers.

8. Make sure that your email list has correct email address:
Alteration of a single letter, symbol or number makes the email invalid. For this be very cautious while collecting emails so that only valid addresses are included in the list. You can do this by making your customers enter email address twice for confirmation.

9. Maintain consistency in your emails:
This can be done by keeping your business brand conventions similar in every mail you send. Use similar color schemes and include your company logo in every mail.

10. Alter your email format occasionally:
This will make the emails appear more intimate as well as refreshing to the recipients. This can be done by sending mails in HTML format and sometimes in plain text format.
